A Banquet You Can't Go Pasta

T ULIPS on Glebe offered a taste of Italy last week.
About 40 guests were treated to a Bellissimo wine-and-dine banquet at The Junction restaurant on Thursday night.
Owners Damien and Kathie Good hosted the event, serving up a sumptuous five-course meal and a vast array of Italian wines.
Guests included Helmut Shumar, from South Africa, Craig Wilson, Elaine Barker, Peter and Aileen Moylan and Geoffrey and Maureen Barnett.
* CHOCAHOLICS could have been excused for thinking they'd found Wonka Land at Ivanhoe Wine's inaugural two-day chocolate festival on the weekend.
Activities included wine and coffee-tasting, helicopter rides and medieval jousting.
Spotted at the sweet treat meet were Stephen and Tracy Drayton, Glenn Byrnes, Jack and Jan Lewis, John Tattersall and Vanessa, Craig, Jean and Frank Lovett.
